Rent A Space acts solely as a promotional platform and is not a party to any rental agreement or transaction.
2. Responsibilities & Insurance
2.1 Renters (Space Seekers)

Renters are responsible for using listed spaces legally and appropriately, in accordance with all applicable Irish laws.

Renters should ensure they have suitable insurance coverage, including liability cover for events, activities, or any incidents that may occur during their use of the space.

All arrangements, safety measures, and legal compliance are the sole responsibility of the renter.
2.2 Space Owners (Listers)

Space owners are responsible for ensuring their space is safe, accurately described, and compliant with all laws and local regulations.

Rent A Space is not liable for any activities that occur in or around listed spaces.

Space owners should consider appropriate insurance coverage for their property, but are not responsible for personal items brought in by renters or their guests.
2.3 Rent A Space

Rent A Space does not own or manage any spaces listed on the platform.

We are not responsible for any disputes, accidents, injuries, property damage, or other incidents related to any rental.

We do not verify insurance, event suitability, or user conduct — these responsibilities lie with the space owners and renters.
3. Liability
Rent A Space disclaims all liability arising from interactions or transactions between users of the platform.
Any issues related to rental agreements, space usage, incidents, or damages must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
4. Listings & Communication

All bookings and communications happen outside the platform. We do not collect payments or facilitate rental transactions.

5. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform and in listed spaces:
